$10 per 60 minute class (discounts for class packages)

Classic Nia® is a fusion of healing arts, dance arts and martial arts

set to world music using 52 simple, guided steps

to move in your body's natural way.

Mondays 10:00 AM
Tuesdays 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Wednesdays 11:00 AM
Thursdays 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Reset (Beginning September 9th)

$10 per 60 minute class (discounts for class packages)

Reset is a soothing class to calm the mind, release stiffness, and

improve body awareness, posture and range of motion.

$100 for an 11-Class Pass—11th Class Free

(no expiration date)

$75 for an Unlimited Monthly Class Pass

(expires at the end of each month)
